Assistant Director of Enrollment Services

Landmark College has an immediate opening for an Assistant Director of Enrollment Services in the Enrollment Management Department.
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating connections between campus personnel and institutional resources to assist admitted students with coordination of matters relating to financial aid, academics, or student affairs. This position will deliver a high level of customer service to students and families and collaborate with various departments to move the accepted student to enrolled status in the traditional academic program as well as special programs. Additional duties include representing the College at on-campus recruiting events, maintaining effective and frequent communication with students and families, and management of assigned projects. Must be available some nights and weekends to attend on-campus recruitment events.
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of the financial aid process, and experience working in higher education is preferred. The ability to collaborate and coordinate between departments and move objectives forward in a timely manner is essential. Maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality in dealing with the needs of students and families is also required. Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to use a variety of methods and technologies for communications; be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to provide counsel to students and families surrounding the financial aid process is strongly desired.
