Facilities Maintenance Technician

Landmark College has an immediate second shift opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician (3 p.m. – 11 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday) reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations.

Duties include building systems’ testing, construction/upgrade/renovation projects, general repairs, some custodial duties, and snow removal. General knowledge of plumbing/electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair, basic carpentry, painting, welding, cutting and brazing, vehicle and equipment repair, lifting heavy furniture, supplies or equipment.

Mechanical certifications or licenses in plumbing and electrical is highly desirable. Good work history, dependability and team player. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a home telephone.

Full time, fully benefited, paid vacation and sick leave.
