Regional (East Coast or Southern) Assistant or Associate Director of Recruiting Landmark College

The Enrollment Management team seeks an experienced college admission or sales professional to join the Admissions team starting on July 1 , 2024. This role plays a pivotal role recruiting new students for our full range of on-campus and online programs and developing new markets by deploying creative outreach strategies in collaboration with the Director of Admissions. A love of recruitment travel and a skillful ability to build relationships with school counselors, independent counselors, educators, students, and families will take priority in this role over admission file review and carrying a full caseload of applicants. Depending upon their strengths, the successful candidate could play a role in projects such as staff mentoring/training, supporting alumni or parent volunteers efforts, or planning events for professional counselors.

A generous sign-on bonus is available. Hybrid or remote work arrangements are possible depending upon the successful candidate's geographic proximity to campus or assigned projects. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a zeal for building relationships in new markets, comfort leading professional presentations, and abilities to balance independent work with professional, confident collaboration. Prior experience working in admission, sales, or serving neurodivergent individuals is important. Bachelor's degree required, and master's degree desirable. Evening and weekend work required.
