Friday, February 20th, 2026
Family Registration & Continental Breakfast
Location: The Nicole Goodner MacFarlane Science, Technology, and Innovation Center, The Nurjehan and Moaiz Daya Family Lower Lobby.
We request that families check in at registration upon arrival to campus. Check-ins between noon to 4 p.m. can be done at the Student Affairs office, located on the second floor of the Strauch Family Student Center.
Landmark Leadership Welcome and How to Get the Most Out of Family Weekend
Location: The Lewis Academic Building, Brooks O'Brien Auditorium.
Presenters: Dr. Jim Dlugos, President; Michael Luciani, Vice President for Student Affairs; and Dr. Karrie Kalich, Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Student, Family, and Advisor Meetings
Optional pre-scheduled advisor meetings for students and families in their first two years. Priority may be given to first-year students as slots fill. Meetings should be scheduled in advance of Family Weekend. Please check with your student to confirm whether they have scheduled an appointment or contact their advisor for more information.
BroadFutures Internship Program
Location: The Lewis Academic Building, Brooks O’Brien Auditorium
Presenters: Jan Coplan, Senior Director of Employer Relations & Career Connections, and Carolyn Jeppesen, CEO at BroadFutures
Broad Futures, an internship program uniquely designed for neurodivergent students, will be presented in person by CEO Carolyn Jeppsen. She will give an overview of this innovative internship program (based in Washington, DC) that focuses on professionalism, communication, and stress tolerance, while incorporating the arts, yoga, and mindfulness. Jan Coplan, Senior Director of Employer Relations and Career Connections will share how Landmark students can receive academic credit while participating in this unique experience.

Nature Walk/Snowshoe Hike

Come enjoy a refreshing morning nature walk/snowshoe near campus. We will ride in one of Landmark College's shuttles. Hiking boots are recommended. Snowshoes will be provided.

What’s Your Major Fair, Career Connections and Global Opportunities

This is an opportunity to explore major options at Landmark College. Degree program faculty will gather at tables in the Lewis Academic Building’s 1st floor to highlight each of our major options. Come check out program requirements and student work. Find out what kind of work happens inside and outside the classroom, including opportunities for grant related student research, internships, and work experiences. Career Connections and Study Abroad/Away staff will also be available to answer questions.
Virtual Internship Program

Join Partnerships Account Manager for an overview of the Virtual Internships program and the application process. V.I. has a global network of more than 13,000 host companies spanning 18 career fields. They guarantee placement for students regardless of their location or background in their field of interest. Additionally, Virtual Internships also provides additional support to ensure students are successful including career coaching, continuous check-ins and training for employers on how to structure their internship projects. This presentation will be delivered virtually.

Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society for two-year colleges. Golden Key International Honor Society is the world’s largest collegiate honor society for students working toward their bachelor’s degree. New members for each will be inducted. A reception will follow the ceremony.

Planning the Next Steps: Career Connections
