Landmark College Institute for Research and Training (LCIRT) was established in 2001 to pioneer LD research, discover innovative strategies and practices, and improve teaching and learning outcomes for students with learning disabilities (like dyslexia), ADHD, autism, or executive function challenges, and educators in high school and college settings.

LCIRT’s mission is to expand neurodiversity-based research and leverage innovative practices to improve educational and career outcomes for neurodivergent individuals. LCIRT fulfills this mission and the broader mission of Landmark College by engaging in research and disseminating emerging knowledge, perspectives, and practices in the field of learning differences. 

Vision 

LCIRT envisions a future in which education, the workplace, and society are affirming and equitable for all neurodivergent individuals. LCIRT seeks to realize this vision by supporting research, disseminating information, and optimizing learning and career opportunities as well as outcomes for neurodivergent individuals.
