Transferring to Another School
Supporting students who journey beyond Landmark College.
This page is about transferring from Landmark College to another college or university.
If you are looking for information on transferring to Landmark College, please visit our Transfer Students page or contact our Admissions office at (802) 387-6718 or [email protected].
We fully support our students in every part of their Landmark College journey, including should they transfer to another institution. Our goal is to see them thrive on campus and beyond.
We help our transferring students develop skills to:
- Conduct and organize a college search
- Research admission requirements, support services, and other important criteria
- Complete the transfer application process and collect supporting materials
- Write a college essay
- Prepare for a college visit and interview
- Connect with an admissions representative at the next college
Transfer Guides
Career Connections has developed several guides for students, covering topics including The College Search Process, Disability Services in College, Planning a College Visit, and The College Admission Essay.
College Connections
Career Connections maintains relationships with numerous colleges and universities and can help students to connect with an admission representative at the next institution. We also have a number of formal articulation agreements with other colleges, including Castleton University, Dean College, Ohio Wesleyan University, and Manhattanville College.
