Career Fair Information for Employers

If your organization is hiring for internships, full-time roles, or looking to build connections with our school, we welcome you to be part of this event. This event welcomes employers that value neurodiversity and are committed to inclusive hiring practices.

This is a day-long event designed to create valuable opportunities for both employers and students. In addition to the on-campus Career Fair, the day includes an optional special training session focused on best practices for inclusive hiring and engaging with neurodiverse talent. This training is included in the registration fee and is a great way to deepen your organization’s commitment to inclusive recruitment.

We welcome employers who value neurodiversity and are committed to building more inclusive workplaces. Landmark College students learn differently—and bring strengths, creativity, and determination that make them strong contributors in a wide range of industries.

Registration Fee: $150 with Optional Lunch Ticket: $10 per person

8 to 8:30 a.m. Employer Check-in & Table Setup
8:30am to 9 a.m. Coffee & Bagels
9 to 10:30 a.m. Training Session: Neurodiversity in the Workplace
10:30am to 11 a.m. Break & Final Table Prep
11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Career Fair
1:15 to 2 p.m. Optional Lunch
2 p.m. Optional Interviews (Rooms available upon request)
