Applying for Financial Aid
We help you build a financial aid package to make Landmark College affordable.
Students and families interested in financial aid should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) from the Department of Education. This is the only application that is required for awarding both federal grant aid as well as Landmark College need-based scholarships.
Applying for Aid
- Apply online by filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Be sure to include Landmark College Title IV Code: #017157 as a recipient of your FAFSA results.
- You do not need to be accepted at Landmark to complete the FAFSA. If you complete the FAFSA prior to being accepted, you may be able to receive your Financial Aid Award letter with your Admission Acceptance letter. Otherwise, Financial Aid awards are determined after you have been accepted and the FAFSA has been received.
- Let the financial aid office know if there are any special circumstances that your FAFSA does not demonstrate (parent job loss, medical expenses, etc.) so that we may work with you to tailor a financial aid package that meets your needs.
- You are also encouraged to apply for scholarships with private/outside organizations such as civic organizations, your parent’s employer, churches and other community organizations.
Because of significant changes to the application and the rebuild of the FAFSA processing system, the 2024-25 FAFSA will not be sent to institutions until sometime in March 2024.
Important Points
- Financial Aid Applicants for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 need to complete the 2024-25 FAFSA.
- The 2024-25 FAFSA is available at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa
- Landmark College Federal School Code 017157
- Once the student has made the decision to enroll at Landmark College, an enrollment deposit should be sent to the business office. Landmark College Scholarships do not require acceptance. Please complete all steps for accepting student loans.
- Students must reapply for financial aid each year. Awards received may change from year to year as information about the student’s financial situation may change.
