The students spent their last days in Edinburgh climbing Arthur’s seat, exploring the old and new towns of the city, and working on their final papers.
During our remaining days in Scotland we are getting a taste of urban wildness and an opportunity to explore some of the green spaces in and around Edinburgh.
This was our last day on the Isle of Eigg prior to our departure for Edinburgh.
Today we ventured out to the northern part of the island and visited Laig Bay and the Singing Sands
Today we took a hike along the coast to Kildonnan Bay.
Our first few days on the Isle of Eigg have been quite the adventure...
We spent the first day orienting ourselves to the island, and we paid a visit to the infamous massacre cave.
The sun shone favorably on us today as we travelled to the Isle of Eigg by ferry.
Today we made it to the highest peak on Eigg: An Sgurr
Today students had one last opportunity to explore the village of Carbost, finish their journals, and prepare for departure.
We took a break from rigorous physical activity today to enjoy other Isle of Skye landmarks and historical sites.

Our first hiking excursion on Skye was a soggy one....
