UCC Construction Updates

The construction team from ReArch Construction has made significant progress on the Upper Campus Commons project this fall. 

Following initial sitework in October and early November, the team has recently begun forming, reinforcing and pouring concrete for the building foundation. They have also coordinated with Green Mountain Power to install the new power pole that is necessary to upgrade the electrical service to Stone Hall. 

The Upper Campus Commons building is on track to open in Fall 2026.
