Nicole Maroney-Noce

Learning Specialist - Success Center

Location

Nicole is a Learning Specialist at the Success Center, bringing a strong background in education and social coaching to her work with students. Originally from upstate New York, she moved to Vermont for college and quickly fell in love with the Green Mountain State.

She earned her master’s degree in Special Education from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt. Nicole’s experience spans early childhood and public school settings, where she has served as an infant/toddler teacher, pre-K teacher, 7–12 Spanish teacher, paraprofessional, and K–3 special educator. This diverse background informs her holistic, student-centered approach to learning support.

Outside of work, Nicole fully embraces Vermont’s outdoor offerings. In the winter, she enjoys skiing with her wife and siblings, while summer often means relaxing by the lake with a good book. During Vermont’s famous mud season, she explores local rail trails and walking paths with her rescue pit bull, Koda. Fall, her favorite season, is spent hiking and baking her favorite seasonal treats. No matter the time of year (or the temperature), Nicole is an avid coffee shop-goer who can almost always be found with an iced latte in hand.
