Alumni Success Story: Rhiannon Greywolf '19 Internship leads to job at museum.

Rhiannon Greywolf ’19: I knew I wanted to go to college. And, actually, to my surprise, through visiting colleges, it sort of clicked for me, what I was capable of. Landmark was actually the last one I applied for because my mom sort of found it last-minute. I, at first, reluctantly went to an open house with my mom as new Landmark students occasionally do, and by the end, I was like, "Where do I sign up? I gotta be here." When I came to Landmark, I didn't know what I was going to major in. But then I also had this creative part of me that I think was even more expressed outwardly because of my LDs. I approach my bachelor advisor, Christie Herbert, and say, "Hey, I'd really like to do an internship at an art museum, if that's possible." To my surprise, she immediately responded with, "Well, I'm a board member on there, so let's email the gallery manager right now." And it just, that is such a culmination of the faculty and staff at Landmark. They are always so willing to help you and make anything happen, and I've been so lucky to be able to intern here and then move on to have a position here, almost full time. It's been such a fantastic experience.
