Construction progress January 19-23

After temporary beams were replaced with the long span bar joist at the Great Room, we were right behind to install blocking on top of the steel.

On Friday, the cross-laminated timber (CLT) team got the panels set.

Meanwhile, we continued to utilize the ground thaw unit to thaw out areas to keep moving with the underground utility work.

Next week, we will be wrapping the structure with poly and setting up temporary heat as the roofers gets started.
