Science Students Observe National Chemistry Week with Spicy Lab Experiment

The 2025 National Chemistry Week theme from the American Chemical Society is "The Hidden Life of Spices." Watch as science students Anastasio, JAR, and Lucy conduct an experiment highlighting some of the chemical properties of cinnamon. 

 

Previous National Chemistry Week experiments include Making a Sun Print (2024), and a pH experiment (2023).
