Join us for a trip to Vermont Muay Thai to learn self-defense skills rooted in the martial art of Muay Thai. No experience needed.

Self-defense classes have a 9:30 a.m. departure for a 10 a.m. class. Each class will have a $20 lesson fee, payable to Vermont Muay Thai. You can pay in advance or at the gym.
