Maintenance and Grounds Technician

Landmark College has an immediate Day Shift opening (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) Tuesday to Saturday.  

Duties include building systems testing, construction/upgrade/renovation projects, general repairs, some custodial duties and snow removal. General knowledge of plumbing/electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair, basic carpentry, painting, welding, cutting, and brazing, vehicle and equipment repair, lifting heavy furniture, supplies or equipment.

Mechanical certifications or licenses in plumbing and electrical are highly desirable. Good work history, dependability, and team player.  The position requires a valid driver’s license and a home telephone. 

Full time, fully benefited, paid vacation and sick leave.
