Authorization: By applying to a Landmark College Summer Program and by selecting the "I Accept" button, I am signing this application electronically. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this application for admission to a Landmark College Summer Program. I indicate my understanding that the Summer Program includes academic coursework and co-curricular workshops, as well as some recreational activities. I understand that I must be prepared to attend class meetings and additional workshops, and do nightly coursework. I recognize that students who are motivated to meet Landmark College’s high standard and expectations generally realize improved academic performance. Conversely, students not prepared to put forth considerable effort toward achieving the program goals, or who have issues secondary to academic performance that require their focus, may have difficulty achieving the learning outcomes of the program. I further understand that admission to and apparent success in a Landmark College Summer Program is not indicative of my admissibility to Landmark College or any other college programs. Note: Landmark College reserves the right to waive requirements or request additional information as necessary to reach an admission decision for all Summer Programs. I certify that the information submitted on this application is complete and correct and understand that the submission of false information is grounds for rejection of my application, withdrawal of any offer of acceptance, cancellation of enrollment, or appropriate disciplinary action. I authorize the College to verify the information I have provided. I agree to notify the proper officials of the institution of any changes in the information provided.
