Fall 2017 Commencement

Abundant sunshine greeted the family members and friends who visited the Landmark College campus Saturday for the Fall 2017 Commencement Ceremony. That feeling of brightness carried over into the Greenhoe Theater where 43 students were officially taking their next, big life-step.

Thirty-five of the graduates were receiving their associate degrees in liberal studies, business studies, computer science/gaming and life sciences. Landmark College president, Dr. Peter Eden, noted in his welcoming remarks that roughly 10 of those students would be staying to work toward their bachelor’s.

Among the 8 graduates getting a bachelor’s degree was Danielle Singer (pictured above), the College’s first student to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art. “Landmark College was the only place that would give me what I needed,” she said when it was her turn at the podium.

Many other students also took the time to give thanks and share thoughts about their journey. You can watch the entire ceremony here:
