Lydia X.Z. Brown to speak at Landmark College, October 1

Photo of Lydia X.Z. Brown delivering a public lectureThe Center for Neurodiversity is proud to announce it will be co-sponsoring the Fall 2019 Academic Speaker Series event with Lydia X.Z. Brown on Tuesday, October 1.

Brown is a disability justice advocate, organizer, and writer whose work has largely focused on violence against multiply-marginalized disabled people, especially institutionalization, incarceration, and policing. In 2017, they co-created All the Weight of Our Dreams, the first-ever anthology of writings and artwork by autistic people of color and otherwise negatively racialized autistic people.
