Game Drive Day 1
After a long day and night flying we were out early for our first game drive! We spent the day in the wildlife concession managed by the local community about 2 hours from our lodge. We saw 10 different mammals plus a variety of birds. Students were awestruck upon seeing their first giraffe, elephant, warthog, impala, jackal, and mongoose in the wild. Students are starting on their field journals to document their experiences. Here are a few pictures to capture some of the magic.
