Botswana Bound

We will meet Professor Stein in the Maun airport upon our scheduled arrival on Monday the 31st of July. After settling into our tented accommodation (this photo is where people gather for meals)  we will have an in-country orientation in an open air classroom and begin learning some of the local language and customs as we prepare to spend the next three weeks living and learning about wildlife conservation in Botswana. August 1st we are off on our first field experience where we will begin our list of species sightings. Students will be encouraged to submit blog posts and we will send them as often as we have internet access. Stay tuned. Debbie Hayward, Program Director
