Landmark College is seeking a full-time Call Center Manager to be responsible for administrative oversight of the College’s evening tele-counseling and texting programs within the Office of Enrollment Management (and in conjunction with the College’s communications/marketing agency). The position involves coordination of all call and texting activities, supervision of the tele-counseling staff, completion of nightly performance metrics, as well as personally maintaining a portfolio of leads.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience is required. Excellent administrative, communication and customer services skills, as well as strong attention to detail is also required. Experience working in a call center within the private sector, or within higher education is highly preferable.
