Assistant Director for Canadian Enrollment and Marketing
Landmark College is seeking a full-time Assistant Director for Canadian Enrollment & Marketing to grow its international enrollment from Canada. The main objective of this position is to increase awareness of LC among high schools, students, and parents in Canada, and establish Landmark as the go-to option for students with learning differences among Canadian schools, students, and parents. While this position works remotely, it is required that the person be a resident of the Toronto, Ontario Canada area and be based there. The Assistant Director for Canadian Enrollment & Marketing works as part of Landmark College’s Enrollment Management campus-based team and will travel extensively to high schools throughout Canada, attending college fairs and meeting with students/parents, as well as other key influencers. The Assistant Director develops off-campus recruitment programs within the region and serves as a direct link between the college and Canadian families.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred. Experience in higher education admissions or a related sales position is desirable. Superior communication and organizational skills are necessary. The ability to work independently and to also collaborate in a professional and confidential manner is critical. An understanding of, and commitment to, the field of learning disabilities and neurodiversity is required.
