Assistant Registrar

Landmark College has an immediate opening for an Assistant Registrar.

The Assistant Registrar reports to the Campus Registrar. The Assistant Registrar’s responsibilities include processing and tracking transcript requests, collecting and maintaining all course syllabi, creating and tracking student files, executing and maintaining the accuracy of student data, verifying and processing student enrollment requests, tracking and entering FERPA forms for students and assisting the Registrar in processing grades, including grade changes, extensions, scheduling and registration. The qualified individual will have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for attention to detail.

Essential qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred.

Strong computer and office technology competence. Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a fast paced environment. Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills with faculty, staff, students, parents, educators, and other professionals, both inside and outside of the College. Ability to interpret and be familiar with academic policies and procedures. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong office skills including excellent typing, word processing, and organizational skills.
