Landmark College is seeking a Tele-Counselor to join its Enrollment Management team.
Tele-Counselors work in the evening providing recruitment outreach to prospective students and their families via phone calls, e-mails, texting, and CollegeWeekLive chatrooms. Supporting the work of the College’s admissions counselors and its communications/marketing agency, the Tele-Counselors maintain a portfolio of leads.
This position is part-time on multiple evenings, with the opportunity to add daytime hours periodically to support the Enrollment Management staff. Total hours are approximately 12 – 20 per week. The Call Center team works together on-site at Landmark College—this is not a remote position.
Qualifications: An Associate Degree, or equivalent experience, is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Experience working in a call center is highly desirable. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience using computer databases and e-mail systems is preferable; willingness to learn computer systems and processes is central to this position.
