Prior to joining Landmark College, Sara Jane Muratori worked for several years in higher education and not-for-profits as an educator and administrator. Most recently, Muratori served as Assistant Dean of Students at Marlboro College where she spent the last six years reinvigorating their Residential Life department, strengthening student leadership development, and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Trained in social psychology, studio art, systematic theology, and pastoral counseling, Muratori holds a BFA from Pacific Northwest College of Art, an MFA from Tyler School of Art, and an MDiv from Union Theological Seminary. Muratori’s post-graduate training has focused on student development through transformational leadership, peer mentoring, and fostering of diversity and inclusion.
