Biography
Alicia Beth, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Education, has worked in a number of roles over 20 years in education, including as a middle school special educator and dyslexia specialist, PK–12 diagnostician, undergraduate and graduate instructor, researcher, program evaluator, and grantwriter and director. In teaching, she aims to understand her students’ backgrounds, goals, interests, and motivations in order to better engage them in learning, critical thinking, and reflection.
