Using eye movements and video to understand the user experience
Evaluating the user experience of a product or design can be a challenge if the evaluator is restricted to think-aloud transcripts and time-on-task measures. However, seeing a user's facial expressions and eye movements can yield a substantial amount of information about the user experience. This presentation will highlight some of the benefits of using eye movement measures and video recording as part of the user experience evaluation process.
