The first meeting with the Transfer Services Advisor provides an opportunity to go over this information. You may meet any weekday between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM upon completion of this form.

At the end of your first meeting, you will have the opportunity to set up a regular meeting with a Transfer Services Advisor, the person with whom you will work over the course of the year.
