"Every day I come to work at Landmark College inspired. Inspired to do my best because of the faculty who never give up on their students; the students who never stop trying, who never cease to amaze me with their insight and talents; the staff who know that they are working for an organization whose mission really matters; the facilities folks who treat the residence halls and the various classrooms as though this was their home; and the parents who send me letters that passionately describe the transformation of their children."
"This is what inspires me; if it inspires you, too, then please join me in continuing to build and sustain this most wonderful place of learning and caring and in helping us to achieve our unique and life-transforming mission"
- Lynda J. Katz, Ph.D., President
THE 2009-10 ANNUAL FUND
The Annual Fund, consisting of unrestricted and restricted gifts, supports and enhances academic programs,
library resources, student scholarships, faculty development, and activities for student life. Your financial support
through the Annual Fund helps to sustain the educational and financial strength of Landmark College.
THE ANNUAL FUND - Building a Solid Financial Foundation
Parents, alumni, foundations, corporations, and friends of Landmark College are more likely to support
the College if they see a thriving Annual Fund. Donor participation builds momentum and helps in
approaching others for financial support.
Gifts of all amounts are appreciated and have a positive effect on Landmark College. The impact of
all gifts, when totaled, is significant; the contributions received during last year's Annual Fund were
equivalent to income generated by an endowment of nearly $10 million.
Annual Fund goal for 2009-10 is $500,000.
THE ANNUAL FUND - An Appeal for Donors and Dollars
Landmark College is primarily dependent on tuition income, yet the cost of a Landmark education exceeds the
price of tuition and fees. The Annual Fund, representing one facet of the College's fundraising programs, must
increase in dollars and donors to supplement the investment income generated by our small endowment, thus,
helping to sustain the educational and financial strength of Landmark College. Growing our annual fund is a
priority, and we hope you will join with others in helping us to achieve another record year.
