Unlike other forms of giving, the full value of the Annual Fund can
be used immediately — wherever it is most needed. In 2006, Annual Fund giving totaled $381,584, which was equivalent to the income
generated by an endowment of nearly $10,000,000.

Special Issues for Landmark College
Fully 95% of Landmark College's annual operating revenues are derived from tuition. Increasing our philanthropic base is, therefore, a priority. Any college that is only two decades old faces enormous challenges in building its Annual Fund to meaningful levels. Our alumni are strong supporters, but they are still young and building their careers; unable to provide the financial support that most colleges rely upon.
