Students Actively Involved in Leadership (S.A.I.L.) Conference The S.A.I.L. Conference is held annually at Landmark College. Faculty and staff members nominate students with potential leadership qualities to attend.
You'll participate in 50-minute workshops, concentrating on the philosophies, techniques, and challenges of leadership. Our professional presenters are Landmark College faculty and staff members who are anxious to share their knowledge of leadership, using methods that have proven successful.
As student presenters, you'll have the opportunity to serve in leadership positions, by facilitating presentations of your choice. Many student presenters have participated in previous S.A.I.L. conferences, gaining valuable presentation experience. Others have participated in leadership training organizations such as Outward Bound, NOLS, and Scouting of America.
