Being a Resident Assistant (R.A.) is an extremely rewarding experience for students, and an important role for the College.

Under the supervision of Resident Deans, R.A.s work to provide a safe, personal, and respectful environment for the students residents. In this student leadership position, you'll serve as one of the most visible and approachable resources for students on campus. You'll work with Resident Deans to make the campus living experience a positive one.
