April 8 – 9, 2013

Hosted by Landmark College in collaboration with AccessComputing University of Washington

This Capacity Building Institute (CBI) will explore how participants can collectively increase the number of students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders successfully pursuing higher education degrees and careers in computing fields. Participants will have the opportunity to network with experts and discuss access challenges while learning evidence-based practices that optimize support for students.

Cost and Registration

$35 fee per person for each day of the CBI.

Morning hot beverages and light refreshments and lunch are included. Lunch is included in the daily registration fee. Dinner is available at the Dining Hall for $11. Cash and Visa/Master Cards accepted.

Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. each day
CBI sessions occur from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Accommodations and Directions

The Putney Inn is offering a special rate of $98/night (single occupancy) and $118/night (double occupancy) for those attending the Capacity Building Institute. (The offer is only valid for the nights of April 7 – 8, 2013.) Room availability is limited, so please reserve now. The Inn is two miles from campus, and includes a Vermont breakfast and wireless internet.
