 Stephanie Kreseen is the Assistant Director of LCIRT. Ms. Kreseen is experienced in management consulting, project management, and tutoring students with learning disabilities. On past projects, Ms. Kreseen has been responsible for developing data collection instruments, leading focus groups and data gathering initiatives to identify training needs, skills shortages, economic opportunities, and critical user tasks. At LCIRT, she works with external clients to conduct needs assessments and identify areas for disability support improvements. Additionally, Ms. Kreseen is working to develop offerings in the areas of workforce transitions and soft skills for struggling students. Ms. Kreseen is also responsible for marketing LCIRT’s professional development and business offerings. Ms. Kreseen received her B.S. in Applied Experimental/Human Factors Psychology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Houston-Victoria.
