Sleep for Success!

Oct 3

Join us as we explore how sleep impacts success, with Dr. James B. Maas, a leading authority on sleep and performance.

Geeting enough sleep has been proven to be the single most important determinant in predicting longevity. It is more influential than diet, exercise or heredity. Join us on Wednesday, October 3rd, at 7 p.m. as the College hosts Dr. James B. Maas, a leading authority and international consultant on sleep and performance. We'll explore how contemporary culture has become a study in sleep deprivation with college students "pulling all-nighters" and generations of Type-A workaholics establishing a corporate culture that ranks quality of life well below business objectives.

This event is free and open to the public. It will be held in the Auditorium in the East Academic Building. For more information contact Tori Tilson.
