If you’re planning to transfer, it’s important to begin the process two semesters in advance!

We can help students develop skills to:

  • Conduct and organize a college search
  • Research admission requirements, support services, and other important criteria
  • Complete the transfer application process and collect supporting materials
  • Write a college essay
  • Prepare for a college visit and interview
  • Connect with an admissions representative at the next college

Career Cruising

A robust web-based career exploration tool equipped with powerful college and graduate school search engines and a dynamic employment guide. Within the online platform, students can inform career and college options and develop a career plan. Landmark College students retain access to Career Cruising after graduation and it is also available to alumni. Contact Transfer and Career Services to get set-up with an account!

Transfer Guides

The Transfer & Career Services office has developed several guides  for students, covering topics including The College Search Process, Disability Services in College, Planning a College Visit, and The College Admission Essay as well as a comprehensive Transfer Guide that walks students through the entire process.

College Connections

Transfer and Career Services maintains relationships with numerous colleges and universities and can help students to connect with an admission representative at the next institution. The Office also hosts a college fair during both the fall and spring Family Weekend, giving students and families an opportunity to connect with admission representatives from a wide variety of four-year institutions.
