The transition to college presents significant challenges and opportunities for students with learning differences. This presentation provides an overview of challenges experienced by college students, as well as opportunities that students, friends, and families have to promote a successful transition experience. Effective techniques, strategies, and systems will be reviewed in the context of Landmark College's program, and attendees will be provided with tips to further enhance the transition experience.
