“The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain circumstances specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy ...One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept interlibrary loan requests if, in its judgment filling such request would involve violation of the copyright law.

The Library ILL Office reserves the right to limit the use of services when requests are deemed inappropriate or excessive. LOST/DAMAGED/OVERDUE: Charges are determined from lending libraries PLUS a $15.00 processing fee. RESTRICTIONS: 5 requests per day per patron.
